UPDATED RIDER UNIVERSITY COVID-19 POLICIES

COVID-19 was declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization in March of 2020. As of the 2022-23 academic year, Rider University is no longer facilitating COVID-19 contact tracing or case management. However, given the contagious nature of the virus, it is important to help mitigate the spread by monitoring symptoms daily and avoiding the campus when symptomatic, whether or not you tested positive for COVID-19.

Rider University cannot guarantee that you will not become exposed or infected while visiting its campus and interacting with staff, students, and guests. Visiting Rider University’s campus and facilities could increase your risk of being exposed to the Coronavirus and contracting COVID-19. The University encourages any person visiting campus to comply with the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements for students not who are not enrolled in fully online degree programs (one [1] dose of a single series or two [2] doses of a double-dose series with boosters highly recommended). Visitors, students, and staff are welcome to wear masks at their disposal, but are no longer mandated to do so anywhere on the Rider University campus or its facilities, regardless of vaccination status.

Should you join us for a performance here at The Rider Student Theatre Company, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the above information and understand that it is the individual's responsibility to exercise their best judgment to help minimize the risk of COVID-19.

Thank you!
